Debjani Roy
Debjani Roy is a certified teacher and administrator with more than 25 years of experience in the United States K through 12 public schools. Besides teaching English and Math in middle school and high school, Debjani has also taught English 101 to foreign students enrolled in engineering bachelors and masters programs. Currently, Debjani is an administrator overseeing ESL/Bilingual Programs, 504s, I&RS (Intervention & Referral Services), World Languages, Social Studies, and Assistant District Test Coordinator for K-12 students. Besides bringing her expertise in the classroom, Debjani works in collaboration with state department of education and local education system to address federal and state policies addressing needs of all students and parents’ rights. Debjani’s passion for education and students’ needs has created extended school year programs and Pre-K programs in her district. Her skills and experience as an educator and parent will be available to all TribusEd users in navigating and creating a successful learning pathway for their child’s K-12 education.

Puja Sharma
Meet Puja Sharma, a former middle school science teacher who is a dedicated advocate for parents and students’ rights and the documentation necessary for a positive school experience. Puja moved to the United States in 2006 and obtained a master’s degree in teaching. Shortly after graduating, she began her teaching career, where she faced challenges in dealing with new educational systems from a different cultural perspective. This first-hand knowledge gives him a unique perspective on the challenges and subtleties facing families. Puja is driven to use her skills to help families overcome obstacles and make informed decisions. She is committed to giving people confidence by providing essential guidance, resources, and assistance. Join us and collaborate with Puja, our acclaimed expert, to provide parents and kids with the knowledge and confidence they need to navigate the educational system successfully.
